2 sweet potatoes cut up into equal sized chunks
3 tiny baby potatoes
4 cups stock
Optional: coconut milk, or organic high quality milk 

Bring to boil and simmer until sweet potatoes are soft. Depending on size this could take an hour or two. Just poke with your fork until it’s easy to spear the little guys and you’re ready!
Let it cool a bit then put it in the blender. At this point you can be done or if you want extra creamy factor then add the coconut milk until it’s the consistency you crave.
