This is such a hit that I’ve been making it for years. It’s delicious, refreshing, satisfying… I hope you enjoy it!
 It’s raw, it’s vegan, it’s paleo, and I couldn’t care less, because it’s GOOD and that’s what really matters isn’t it?
1/2 cup almond
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dates also soaked
3 Bananas
1 cup organic Blueberries
4 dates
Shredded Coconut
This is going into your food processor, from there press into a pie dish.
You could use an assortment of nuts here.
Now take two bananas and slice enough to cover the bottom of the pan. If you don’t need two whole ones toss the extra into the processor.
Add 1 cup organic blueberries, another banana and around 4 dates this is the creamy filling
Sprinkle blueberries on top or mix them into the filling.
You can also add some walnuts or almonds on top.
Sprinkle some shredded coconut over the top as well. Get creative!
