2 cups white beans cooked
1 cup puree (either make your own or buy the pure pumpkin puree, not the pumpkin pie filling)
1 Tbs turmeric
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 Tbs olive oil (cold pressed extra virgin)
salt to taste

Combine all in a food processor or blender. Or mash by hand! 

This goes really well with sweet veggies like sugar peas and carrots. Also flax crackers are amazing with it! So have fun and get crazy!
