If your only focus is weight loss this is not the place for you. While it can be a side effect of this way of eating to support of our reproductive hormones, it’s not our focus. Our focus is loving the body that we’re in right now, and every step along the way.
Part of that loving our body is giving ourselves the foods we need in order to feel our best. Not when we lose another 5 pounds, but right now. Using our menstrual cycle to help guide our choices, and focus on what our body needs. Remember everyday our hormones affect our whole body. Not just PMS, not just during our period. Everyday. From brain fog, to fatigue, our cycle is happening and we can be helping or hurting with our food choices.
There’s no in between. Everything you choose to eat is either supporting your hormones or making your imbalances worse.
We focus on eating delicious food that nourishes body and soul. We talk about symptoms like depression, acne, bloating, mood swings, cramps, PMS, and every thing else hormonally related and find new ways to help eliminate them through diet.
You’ll discover recipes and create habits that you’ll use for years to come.
This program is fully customizable, if you already know something works or doesn’t work for you that’s ok! For example I know gluten doesn’t work for me. So all my recipes are gluten free, does that mean you can’t have gluten? No, you can have anything you want.
I’ll be sharing some awesome tips, and you’ll have lots of support in our private FB group! It’s always fun in there and so many good recipes come out of the community, which you can add to the many recipes in provided in the guide. I’m always working through the program with you – so you never need feel alone!

Hi, I’m Stasha, also known as The Period Coach. I’m what you’d call a digital nomad. I love roaming around the globe talking periods and taboos… Why? Because my story is one of healing my painful, moody, exhausting periods. I’m a classic case of endometriosis. Passing out just before I got my bleed most months. The pain was so bad, being on birth control AND narcotics didn’t dull it. Throwing up the first 2-3 days of my period each and every month… laying in the bathtub sobbing. I often passed out in the bathroom on the floor from exhaustion trying to make it through another period.
One of the first things I figured out to ease my pain and mood swings was how to eat with my cycle. I learned just how important the food we choose is to our body. I had the first painless period of my life after eating whole real food for a month. It’s made all the different in my life. It can make the difference in yours too.
There’s women who are vegan, and meat eaters. There are gluten free and glutenous. Women who cleanse each round and women who don’t. It’s a beautiful supportive group knowing that what works for me won’t work for you. We’re all different, and that’s good!

Here are the most common questions I get and answers so you can make the right choice for you:
I have irregular periods, making it impossible to plan. How could this possibly work for me?
- Oh girl! Most women are irregular and that’s ok. When you start eating with your current flow, you’re body will begin to come into balance. You’ll see, over time, how your period becomes more regular. By fueling your flow, you’ll create a more regular flow!
I don’t have time to cook, I’m super busy, I hate cooking, I’ll tell you anything if it get’s me out of cooking! (insert anxiety attack here)
- That’s ok, one of the videos I’ve recorded for you is literally how to order in a restaurant! You can do this whole thing via take out. You can also dabble in ‘cooking’ by getting prepared foods in the grocery store. I know! It’s crazy! Don’t worry, once you’re in the program you’re in, so we can take this REALLY SLOWLY. There’s absolutely no rush.
I just don’t believe this will actually make a difference.
- I hear you, seeing is believing. It’s tough to get past such a huge taboo, I congratulate you for making it this far! Many women will breeze right by this too embarrassed or judgemental to even suspect there is and answer out there that’s not popping a pill, starving themselves, or just hiding it all away until menopause. You have to be brave, and jump in!
I have really painful periods or PMS that really affects me, do I need to heal this first?
- Nope, in fact this will be part of your healing protocol. When I started I had THE WORST periods. PMS mood swings like a crazy person, fatigue so bad I’d sleep 12 hours at night and still need a 2 hour nap, migraines, pain so bad I’d cry in the bathtub to just make it all end, throwing up for days with horrific digestive issues… I made amazing strides in my healing through changing how I ate. It’s incredible the power we have with our fork.
